Setting Up Look-Ups
Look-ups are choices that users can pick for titles and search keys. Supplying choices makes it easier for users to search for and enter data. You can also protect the integrity of the data, since users can only enter valid options.
WebDocs has two kinds of look-ups for displaying choices:
