Adding Document Notes

Webdocs lets you add notes to documents that only specific groups of users can see.

To add a note:

  1. Display a document's information.

  2. Press the Actions button.

    Document Notes displays.

  3. Click New Note button.

    Enter Note Text displays.

  4. Type the note.

  5. Click Save .

    The note is added, and it displays in Document Notes.
