Appendix F: Setting Up Other RJS Software Applications with WebDocs
The following is a summary of the different RJS Software applications that you may want to set to make it easier for users to add documents to WebDocs and work with documents already in WebDocs.

Tell the users which applications are on their computers and refer them to the user instructions listed below.

If you have iSeries applications that do not otherwise integrate with WebDocs, extract information from the screen of a 5250 client session (such as IBM Client Access or Mochasoft) and use that information to call WebDocs functions. For example: If a user has an invoice open in an AR application on a 5250 client, they can click a button to run a WebDocs search for related documents. |
