Deleting a Product Connection
This severs the connection between HelpSystems Insite and the system. If you ever need to reconnect, you'll need to add the connection again, and all users will need to reassign their profiles.

In the Navigation Pane, clicktap Settings.

ClickTap Products.
-
Select (check) one or more connections to delete.

ClickTap Delete.

ClickTap Delete when asked to confirm the deletion.
