Integration Service Administration

The Integration Service Administration page is only accessible to a user with Integration Service administrative permissions. It allows you to copy the API key, enable/disable the API key, and Regenerate the API key.

Getting There: In the Navigation Pane, clicktap Integration Service Admin under Settings. If the menu is hidden, clicktap The Settings icon..

You can do the following:

ClosedCopy the API Key

You can copy the API key to paste into the Product Instances panel for your product.

ClosedEnable/Disable the API key

API keys are enabled by default. You can disable an API key if it is not needed.

NOTE: By disabling an API key, you will not be able to add products until the key is enabled or regenerated.
ClosedRegenerate the API key

You can regenerate an API key. You may take this action if the old key has been compromised or as a security measure to regenerate periodically.

NOTE: If you regenerate the API key, you will need the new key to add future products.

To complete the above tasks:

  1. In the Navigation Pane, clicktap Integration Service Admin under Settings. If the menu is hidden, clicktap The Settings icon..

  2. Click the Menu icon to the right of the API Key you would like to administer.

  3. Choose the menu option:

    • Copy - Copies the API key to the clipboard.
    • Enable/Disable Key - Click Ok on the confirmation message to enable/disable.
    • Regenerate Key - Click Ok on the confirmation message to regenerate.
