Holding and Releasing Applications
You can hold or release all the jobs in an application from pages in Robot Schedule, such as the Jobs page. When you use the Hold override code to keep the jobs in an application from running, none of the jobs will run until after you remove the override from the application or from an individual job.
A red icon  indicates that a job is being held.

 To hold all the jobs in a single application:

                                                            ClickTap  Show Actions for one of the jobs in the application, and select Select Override. Show Actions for one of the jobs in the application, and select Select Override.

                                                            Select Hold Application, then clicktap Override.

                                                            If there are active jobs in the application, you're asked if you also want to hold all the spooled files (the default setting). Check the box to do so, though this doesn't prevent them from printing.

                                                            ClickTap Yes to confirm the request.
