Removing a Product Instance

This removes the Product Instance from HelpSystems Insite. If you ever need to reconnect, you will need to reinstall the product.

If you want to temporarily disconnect from the Product Instance instead of removing the it entirely, see Blacklisting within Viewing and Editing a Product Instance.

To remove an instance:

  1. In the Navigation Pane, clicktap Settings.

  2. ClickTap Products.

  3. Click the Show Actions icon on the instance that you wish to delete.

  4. On the resulting popup, ClickTap Remove Product Instance.

  5. ClickTap Delete when asked to confirm the deletion.
