Archive History

The Archive History panel allows you to view the archive status of each report that has been archived as well as the run date for that report. You can also use Archive History to restore a report that has been archived to short-term or long-term storage.

Getting There: From the Reports List page, click next to the report you would like to view and select Archive History.

Actions

Click Show Actions on any archive record to display the list of available actions.

Depending on the archive status, different actions will appear.

Online and Restored Reports

  • Select View Report to view the report.
  • Select Download to download the report to your PC.
  • Select Close to close the Show Actions dialog box.
Short-term and Long-term Reports

  • Select Restore Report to move a report in short-term or long-term storage into a restored status to be viewed. The following notification will appear when Restore Report is selected:

    Depending on the size of the report, the restore may take several minutes.
    After a report is restored, it can be viewed.
  • Select Close to close the Show Actions dialog box.

Refreshing Archive History

Use the Refresh option to update the display if the report has been run or moved to a different archive status since the display was opened.

Navigating Archive History

If you keep many archive records for a specific report, you may not find the run you are looking for on the first page of the Archive History panel.

NOTE: The following options are not available if there are fewer than 50 archive records.

Moves to the previous page of archive records.
Moves to the next page of archive records.
