Reports List
The Reports List page provides a comprehensive list of all reports for a specific recipient. The reports that are listed are unique to the user profile that is logged in to HelpSystems Insite. The user profile must be associated with a recipient that is set up in Robot Reports.
Report information is listed in three columns.
- Segment description and name.
- Set description, set name, and report name.
- Reports output code and last run time stamp.
Report Actions
Click Show Actions on any report to display the list of available actions.
- Select View Report to view the most current run of the report created in Robot Reports.
- Select Archive History to view the archive status of each report that has been archived as well as the run date for that report. You can also use Archive History to restore a report that has been archived to short-term or long-term storage.
- Select Close to close the Show Actions dialog box.
Refreshing Reports
Use the Refresh option to update this display with any new reports that have been added since this display was opened.
Navigating Reports
If you have access to a large number of reports, it may be that the one that you want to display is not visible on the first page of the Reports List display. The number of available reports is shown in the Header panel of this display.

Settings
Click the Settings icon to view the sorting, searching, and filtering options.
Sort Settings
Select how you want the reports displayed (Sort By). Click your selection again to change the sort order to Ascending or
Descending.
Search Settings
Select one or more options under Search By to narrow the list of items displayed
Filter Settings
Applying a filter allows you to restrict the listed reports to a specific output code.
By default, reports with all output codes are displayed.
