Status - Automate Enterprise Output Widget

The Automate Enterprise Output widget displays output messages regarding events that occurred within the specified server or within a particular agent that resides in that server. If an error occurs, this widget displays extended information about the error in red so users can easily detect and classify them. The output messages displayed by the Automate Enterprise Output widget are identical to those which are displayed in the Output panel of Automate Enterprise Management Console.

To add a Automate Enterprise Output widget, from your Automate Enterprise dashboard, click Add and select Status - Automate Enterprise Output. For more details, see Managing Widgets.

Things to know and do:

  • ClickTap the Maximize  Image of the Maximize button.  button to view the widget full-screen. ClickTap the  Image of the Close button with an X on it. button to view it on the dashboard again.
  • ClickTap the Refresh The Refresh button. button to refresh the information in the display.
  • If records span multiple pages, click the next or previous arrow at the bottom of the page to navigate to the next/previous page.
  • ClickTap Delete on the top of the page to permanently delete the widget from the dashboard.

Available Settings:

Click the Settings The Settings button. button to access available settings for this widget. They are as follows:

  • Name: A unique name for the widget. This widget is named Status - Automate Enterprise Output by default, however, it can be changed to a name that may better suit your needs.
  • Reset Name: Allows the software to create a widget name based on the type of widget and the settings you've selected.
  • Size: The size of the widget as it appears on the dashboard. This mainly affects the height of the widget.
  • Auto-Refresh (Secs): The number of seconds between each auto-refresh. The system automatically reloads the most current data according to the time interval specified.
  • Systems: For those with multiple Automate Enterprise components, specifies which server to gather output data from. The available options are:
    • Default System - Output data is gathered from the default Automate Enterprise specified in the Preferences page.
    • Selected System- Allows you to select a specific Automate Enterprise to gather output data from. If this option is chosen, clicktap Look up under System to select the server from which to collect data.

Click Save to save changes.
