How to Get There

In the Navigation Pane, clicktap Settings. If the menu is hidden, clicktap.

What it Does

The Settings option in the Navigation Pane gives you access to your product and system connections, Insite user authentication, configuration for logging levels, setup for roles and security groups, and your users and default profiles.

NOTE: Only the Insite admin user can access this page.

Product Connections

This page allows you to connect Insite to systems that have HelpSystems products installed. See Product Connections.

Authentication

This page allows you to specify how to authenticate Insite users. See Authentication.

This page allows you to configure the roles for Insite. See Roles.
